1. Acceptance

By using MailVoice you accept these terms. The service is provided by ProHuman Tech S.r.l., Viale Bianca Maria 3, 20122 Milano, Italy. VAT IT 13475840966.

2. Service description

MailVoice is a mobile application to manage your Gmail inbox via voice commands, using AI to summarize and draft replies. The service is currently in private preview and available by invitation only.

3. Requirements

To use MailVoice you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) have a valid Gmail account; (c) authorize MailVoice via OAuth 2.0; (d) accept our privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MailVoice for illegal purposes, spamming, infringing third-party rights or any activity that may harm the service or other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

MailVoice, its logo, code and website content are property of ProHuman Tech S.r.l. Your email content remains your exclusive property.

6. Limitation of liability

MailVoice is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. ProHuman Tech S.r.l. is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or service interruptions, except as required by applicable law.

7. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice. You may stop using the service at any time by revoking OAuth access from your Google account.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.
