WHY MAILVOICE

Three superpowers for your inbox

Speak, don't type
Say "read my emails" and listen to AI-generated summaries in natural human voice.
Smart triage
The AI understands what really matters and filters the noise from the signal automatically.
Reply in seconds
Archive, delete, reply with your voice — completely hands-free while doing other things.
VOICE COMMANDS

Four sentences that change your day

All you need to handle email like a senior manager with a personal assistant.

"Read my emails"
Triage in 30 seconds
The AI scans your unread inbox, separates important from noise, and summarizes everything in half a minute. You know exactly what to do before even sitting down.
"Reply: confirmed for Tuesday"
Drafts ready to send
You dictate the content, the AI composes the full reply including signature, greetings and context. You confirm with a "yes, send" and it's out.
"Mark the OVH email as read"
Clean your inbox by voice
Archive, delete, mark as read, move to folders — without touching the screen. Works for batches too: "archive all newsletters".
"Find emails from Carla"
Instant search
Find any conversation in your Gmail history in two seconds. "Emails with attachments from March", "the quote from the new client" — search understands natural language.
WHO IT'S FOR

Three kinds of people, one solution

MailVoice was born from a real use case — an accountant with three inboxes — but grows with anyone who relies on email as a productivity factor.

Classic use case
Entrepreneurs and CEOs on the move
Email triage in the car, between meetings, during breakfast. No time wasted in front of a screen reading 300 messages a day.
Most requested use case
Professionals with multiple inboxes
Accountants, consultants, recruiters, real-estate agents. Handle admin@, sales@, info@ from a single app — and every reply goes from the right inbox.
Anyone tired of scrolling the inbox
300 emails a day become 5 voice actions. The rest has already been handled by the AI: archived, classified, flagged. In the evening, your inbox is truly at zero.
HOW IT WORKS

The voice flow in four steps

From email arrival to message sent, all by voice. Phone in your pocket or on the table — nothing else needed.

1
Email arrives in Gmail
MailVoice is connected via official OAuth. No shared passwords, access can always be revoked from Google settings.
2
The AI reads and classifies
Claude analyzes every email: sender, subject, context, urgency. Triage personalizes over time and learns what's important to you.
3
You talk to the assistant
"What's there?", "Reply that I confirm", "Archive this". The app understands natural language, even with accents or colloquial phrases.
4
Reply sent
The AI prepares the draft, you confirm by voice, it goes out from the correct address (even if you have multiple Gmail inboxes). Signature already included.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Things people ask us

Everything you should know before trying MailVoice. For more: info@mailvoice.app.

Which emails can MailVoice read?
MailVoice connects exclusively to your Gmail inbox via the official Google OAuth authentication. It can read, summarize, archive, delete and reply to emails on the connected Gmail account. If you have an account on another provider (Libero, Aruba, Outlook, Tiscali, etc.) you can set up automatic forwarding to Gmail and use Gmail's "Send mail as" feature to reply with the original address. We're preparing a detailed guide per provider.
I have multiple inboxes like admin@, sales@, info@ — does MailVoice read them all?
Yes. MailVoice is designed to handle multiple addresses within a single Gmail account. Here's how it works: if you've set up forwarding or aggregation for your aliases (admin@, sales@, info@) into a single Gmail, MailVoice reads all incoming emails and clearly tells you which of your addresses they're addressed to (e.g. "You have a new email at admin@yourcompany.com"). When you reply by voice, MailVoice automatically sends from the correct mailbox using Gmail's "Send mail as" feature. So if you receive an email at sales@, the reply will go out from sales@, not from your personal address — essential behavior for anyone managing multiple business roles.
Which platforms are available today?
MailVoice is currently in private beta on Android (version 10 or later). The iOS version is in development and will arrive soon. We're distributing early previews via Firebase App Distribution. At public launch we'll be on both Google Play and App Store.
Is my data used to train the AI?
Never. Your emails are processed only to answer your voice requests and are not used to train AI models — neither Anthropic's (Claude) nor Google's nor any third party's. It's a contractual guarantee, not just a promise: we comply with the Limited Use clause of the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Where is my data processed?
All data is hosted on Firebase (Google Cloud) in the European eur3 region, with data centers in Belgium and the Netherlands. AI processing happens via Anthropic's API under GDPR-standard contractual clauses. Your data never leaves the European Union for processing.
Can I revoke access at any time?
Yes, in two ways. From your Google account Permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions) you can revoke MailVoice authorization at any time, and our access stops immediately. Alternatively, write to info@mailvoice.app to also delete the MailVoice account and all related data.
Does it work only with Gmail or other providers too?
MailVoice is designed for Gmail and works natively with any @gmail.com or Google Workspace account. For providers like Libero, Aruba, Tiscali, Outlook/Hotmail, Yahoo or others, you can set up automatic forwarding to a Gmail account and use Gmail's "Send mail as" feature to send replies from your original address. A dedicated tutorial section is coming.
How natural is the Italian voice?
We use a high-quality voice synthesis system with neural Italian voices, chosen to sound as human as possible. You can also pick a name for your assistant (e.g. "Elena", "Chiara", "Sofia") to make it truly yours. It's not a 2010s robotic voice: pilot testers told us that after five minutes they forget they're talking to an AI.
Does it work offline or do I always need internet?
Internet is required because the app talks to Google's servers (for Gmail) and Anthropic's API (for the AI). It works on slow data connections too: traffic is modest, mostly text and compressed audio.
Does it automatically recognize important emails?
Yes, it's the "Triage AI" feature. The assistant analyzes sender, subject and conversation context and flags emails that deserve attention first. For example: clients waiting for a reply, invoices due, communications from your accountant. Triage personalizes over time: the more you use it, the better it understands what matters to you.
Does it handle attachments?
MailVoice detects attachments and tells you during reading ("contains a PDF attachment"). For now it doesn't read the attachment content aloud — it's a feature on the roadmap, because we want to figure out the most useful way to do it (e.g. does summarizing a 10-page PDF make sense? does reading invoice lines make sense?). If you have a specific use case, write to us.
How does MailVoice know the right tone to reply?
The AI reads the previous conversation, understands the sender's tone and the formality of the relationship, and drafts a coherent reply. If you always reply to your accountant in a cordial but formal way, the draft will be cordial but formal. You can always say "more formal" or "more direct" before confirming the send.
Can I use it while driving?
Yes, it's one of the main use cases. When using MailVoice in the car, the app can stay hands-free and emails are read automatically in sequence. Of course, follow the road rules — your attention stays on the road, the voice is just an extra help.
